I have an 'A' in everything right now except for Chemistry. Now I'll admit, in science classes, I have no interest in them nor am I an 'A' student in science classes, but I usually am a 'B' student for those classes, and that's what I got last quarter for Chemistry.
Our teacher doesn't explain everything well enough, and when she does, it's always AFTER the tests, which really pisses me off. I mean, she knows what she's doing, but that's the problem, only she knows what to do and doesn't explain it well at all. And I'm not the only one having this problem in my Chem class, it's most of the students in there.

How can you not have an interest in science classes!? Also, don't complain about a teacher not teaching the material properly, you have a text book, use it. I am not trying to be rude, but you will be screwed once you get to college if you think the professor will teach you anything.

Remember: A flask has a neck.
-
Chemistry teachers nearly always suck for some reason
-
90 in Algera II? HOW COULD YOU OP?!?!??!
-
That sucks, but what you should do is start relying on the textbook more than your teacher, then use Khan Academy or another free Internet school to watch YouTube video collections on different parts of chem.
-
Go to Khan Academy if your teacher is an idiot.
-
I must have had a good teacher in Chemistry because mine consisted of A's. She also made the class take notes consistently and wanted us to study them over. If you didn't, it shows. You? I am not sure.
-
Nice, only thing I have a problem with is maths. i just keep forgetting to put stuff in.
-
I suck at chem. I've been having a terrible semester.
-
Do you have textbooks? See if you can check one out and study until you know what you need to know. Or, go to your school's library when you have some free time and check out a book(s) on chemistry.

-
You got to start pleasing the teacher, if you know what I mean.
-
kill her. That's the only possible solution.
-
lolscrub, don't you know you can't get anywhere in life without stoichiometry.
-
Chemistry sucks Physics>>>>>>>
-
also >not having a 100% in algebra cum on
-
Sounds like my Chemistry teacher. Thankfully, he has started to actually teach lately, so my grade has gone up significantly.
-
Do you ask your teacher questions?
-
Well can you tell what is on the tests before they happen? You could probably study it online, given it's not too broad. Have you tried asking her (politely) about this? Have you tried asking other students about this?

Just remember jesus
-
Come on Jesse
-
I retook half my chemistry tests. I got a 94. I loved that teacher.
-
I finished my final Chemistry exam a week ago. I NEVER HAVE TO DO CHEMISTRY AGAIN, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
-
It's just one class

Edited by Kamots: 11/7/2013 3:27:01 AMThat's terrible... A B in Aljaybrah dose?!? Edit: Realized that you might be on a different grading scale. Still, a 90.9?!?
