The Obsidian Entertainment-developed South Park: The Stick of Truth has been delayed again. Ubisoft announced today that the role-playing game is now scheduled to release on March 4, a year after its original release date, and three months later than its previous December 10 launch date.
So long as they're delaying it to make the game better, I'm all for this, but it still sucks. Been looking forward to this since it was announced, and now I have to wait a bit longer.

LOL, a whole 12 months after it was supposed to exist. I mean seriously the characters are intentionally unrealistic so I don't get how it takes so long to develop the video game...

Looks pretty funny. Not too sure on the gameplay.

This is taking the piss.

Wait, there's a South Park game being made out there (one of my favorite shows)? By Obsidian (makers of F:NV, one of my favorite games)? That's an RPG (my favorite genre of game)? WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN. HOW THE HELL DID I NOT HEAR OF THIS.

Matt and Trey want to release a game and make it good. They take their work seriously.

I'm fine with this. I'm not biting at the nails waiting for this, so I want them to take as long as possible. May it be delayed until 2015, just make an amazing South Park game.

Unfortunately, that's what happens when companies go under, and games get sold off mid development. No worries, I think they stated, if the game didn't release the way they wanted, they would just turn it into a show. Hell. That might even be better than a game anyway.
