How I don't know, grab a book, buy a car, volunteer, whatever you think you are capable of doing. Why? Well anything better is well better. Try something everyday. Ask your neighbour if they need some help. Pick up garbage. Eat healthy. Sleep more. Exercise. Do whatever, after some time you'll notice that you changed! Holy nuggets! Unbelievable. People will notice before you, but in time, this will also, your mindset, body, feeling toward something. Pretty cool, eh?
