Strobe Lights As Halloween Decorations
What are your thoughts on this? In my neighborhood there are two houses that have been using strobe light on Halloween since I moved here (2000). I typically avoid them because of the fact that I have to climb stairs to get to them and the lights make it pretty disorienting.

Yup people having a seizure would look like a possession so I'd say that's a great DIY technique. Should be scary enough.
