flood guitarists..
Just wondering what tunings guitarists on B.net use. I'm trying to find something new to help get the creative juices flowing. I typically play on an acoustic tuned C#-F#-B-E-G#-c#.

Drop B and drop C. For B I have a guitar with a 7 string set without the high E

Try tuning up half a step to D standard. I really like that tuning. I've also got a 7 string that I use quite a bit, I've come up with some cool stuff.

Edited by Alice Glass: 10/29/2013 3:01:05 PMC#-F#-B-E-G#-c# is the same tuning as A Perfect Circle fwi I use C,F,B,E,A,D Which you should try out since it's pretty close to yours anyways. Keeps scales more symetrical and opens up some different chord possibilities, also makes you use the middle finger on the lower strings more than the index, which is more comfortable if it''s the longest finger on your hand.
