With the sudden controversy that may be true that 1080p will be for CoD: Ghost on PS4 and 720p for X1, what do you think Destiny will be set to?
I'll say 720p for both because the game seems to have a lot going on rather than mostly static things in a CoD game.
I bring this up because it is interesting as many developers have said that the PS4 is easier to develop for, but that may be to do to time constraints.
Activision, EA, and other third party companies with their devs usually have a time set to how often they need their yearly or every couple year series to release a game. I can only see the reason that CoD: Ghost having a lower resolution on X1 would be due to time constraints for Infinity Ward? (who is making this CoD? I don't play CoD). While having a set due date by your bosses and making a multiplatform game you would have to make concessions on some things in order to make the deadline.
Hopefully third party developers in time will get used to the Xbox One architecture, and both consoles can succeed in giving us our best experience possible.
Disclaimer: I do not encourage console wars or use of derogatory fanboy insults in my topics so please, be kind if plausible. I also understand that for most people without a certain sized room and TV with your own bodily distance wouldn't notice the difference between 720p and 1080p. This poll is merely speculation and good fun. Have a good day.
