The 3D Metal Printing is some very exciting news! The giving cash grants to the poor is a good way to improve lives, however attitude and culture plays a significant role. People have to want to make their lives better and sadly from the benefit's/cotton wool culture in the west people are better off on handouts and it's common sense for them to stay on them simply because to go from that to minimum wage would cause them to be worse off. They either need to stop tax on people on minimum wage styled jobs or boost the minimum wage in the first place.
