So the guy is 21 but has the mental age of 5, he cannot read so he needs a game with little writing and lots of gameplay and simple to grasp game mechanics.
The 1st thought is fighting games and racing games, but some are more complicated than others and some games might exist in other genre's that might be suitable.
So can you guys list games you think could be suitable? Also try and keep it not gore/ tasteful women so no D&D.
Thanks.

Minecraft? It's simple and you don't need to understand it to have fun, you can build with blocks.. it's basically virtual lego

Sims Sky Heroes. It's actually sorta fun flight game that's a mirror image of Wii's Sky Captain which is far more friendlier. Any of the Lego Adventure games would be fun and a good gift.

I'm guessing that he won't bother with any game that you give him, if he truly plays GTA. I would suggest that you buy him some McDonald's coupons or something like that. That should entertain him, I guess.

Peggle. Fun but simple game. Or splosion man. No reading required.

Lord of The Rings: Conquest perhaps? It's fairly simple.

Edited by too real for tv: 10/11/2013 3:13:44 PMThere is an xbox live arcade game called Geometry Wars that is really fun. It is kind of like that old school arcade game Asteroids. There is no reading required and I think a 3 year old could play it and have fun with it. Edit: Also there is no math involved. The name could lead you to believe that but the game is about shooting and blowing up different shapes.

If you are looking for a racing game, Blur maybe. It's fun, but very easy to understand.
