Account Problems for Destiny Beta Access...
Hey there Bungie,
I have been a long time fan of your amazing games and recently I have pre-ordered your new and upcoming game Destiny. As soon as I got my code from the EB Games store I got onto your site and entered my profile information. It appeared that I have two accounts on here, One with my gamertag (xXGrandpaDanXx) and another account that I don't think has an active Xbox live account on it. Anyways, I was wondering if I could maybe change the beta access to being on my GrandpaDan account rather than being on my other account I don't use anymore. I have all the proof that these are both my accounts and that I am not scamming somebody else. I really hope you guys can respond to this, cause I love your work and I continue to support it today.

1 ReplyThe beta code (once applied to an account) is used, and can not be moved, or re-used. Luckily, this code is applied to your Bungie.net User Profile, and not any particular Authentication (Microsoft Account, PSN Account, Google or Facebook). So all you'll need to do is link the XBL account you want to use to the Bungie.net User Profile (xXGrandpaDanXx/ which ever one you applied your beta code to) and you should be set. 2 RepliesIt should try to link you Xbox love account to the old account. Make sure you remember the old account info and use that to give your self access to the beta.
