I guess Brits are not as comfortable with girls in skimpy outfits serving food but instead like the idea of using their imagination.
Nothing I like more than an attractive girl wearing a tight long/shot skirt and the whole black uniform, always seems sexier to me than wearing next to nothing.
Seems tacky.
I would probably try hooters but I probably wouldn't go back.
