What do you tend to do at the beginning in strategy games?
Do you build up your defences first so you can withstand your enemy or do you build your army first so you can attack quickly in the hopes that your enemy hasn't paid much attention to their defences/army?
Or do you do something entirely different?

In HaloWars I just get my soldeirs in their highest level and attack
