Ever since I was in like grade 7, I always found it hard to go to sleep, even days when I'm tired. It used to take me around 3 hours to fall asleep after going to bed because my mind just wouldn't want to rest, and it still takes me 3 hours sometimes. I work now so I am normally really tired after work so I can fall asleep a bit quicker now a days, like in an hour after going to bed, and if i'm lucky, maybe a bit quicker.
But yea with that said, what do you guys think about before falling asleep? I want to know because I can never just think about nothing which means I have to think about something which means my mind just thinks about it and I don't fall asleep for a long time.

Every night when I lay down, my mind is flooded with problems. I tell myself to think of something positive, then I imagine -blam!-ing some redhead or something. Then I lay back down and picture myself in a peaceful place, and I fall asleep.
