This one starts off by showing a cute "wiener dog" wagging it's tail and acting excited and puppy-like, playing the "How Much is that Dog in the Window?" song. As it plays the song, it starts to outline the dog and distort and slow down the music, eventually taking a more creepy and sad tone, then it proceeds to tell you about puppy mills where they just breed dogs like a factory product line and torture and abuse them all day. This is on Comedy Central too, along with a Pokemon commercial often too. I've donated but they always want more!
