Fav 6th gen console?
IMO the 6th gen was the greatest gen of video games, also the most eventful, Sega dropped out while MS hopped in. The PS2 was in this gen and is the greatest selling console of all time, and the Gamecube... What was your favorite 6th gen console and game for it? Mine is the Sega Dreamcast and SA2 (the DC version is my favorite game of all time.)

Super Mario Sunshine. Wind Waker. Resident Evil 4. Double Dash. Gamecube, period. I miss when Nintendo kicked ass :(

Gamecube had some good games, but Xbox takes the cake for me. The Halo series was probably the most influential on my gaming tastes, but there was also the Splinter Cell series, specifically Chaos Theory, Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction, Star Wars: Battlefront series, Burnout 3 Takedown, and Burnout Revenge.

PS2. Xbox didn't become good until Xbox 360 except for the controller and exclusives.

Dont make me choose between GameCube and ps2 :( GameCube coz adaptor that let me play pokemon games on tv. Ps2 coz its ps2.

During this time, all I knew was the gamecube . It was not until under a year before 7th gam consoles launched that I got my first xbox. It was a used unit from GameStop. It lasted me a whopping month before it died.
