Do you reckon we'll see some Mass Effect "4" next year?
With the game being shown internally at BioWare and it being described as "beautiful, fun, ambitious, and Mass Effect-y!", I hope we'll see something next year.

I really hop ME4 takes place in a parallel universe. Just so it can take concepts from the trilogy that worked, remove those that didn't and make alterations to things that were established.

Nah, they've got Dragon Age Inquisition, and I reckon they want to get that out the door before they reveal their next title.

Honestly I am kind of burned out on the trilogy, and wouldn't mind them closing the door on the franchise and start a new IP

I'd like to know what they would even do with the game. That will make or break the deal for me. [spoiler]The ending was just so unsatisfying, and the Earth sequence in general was a drop in quality from the rest of the game. That 'perfectly safe zone in the middle of a warzone' was pretty awkward, to say the least. And Harbinger never got the sendoff he deserved :([/spoiler]

3 RepliesI was a latecomer to the trilogy. Never really got into it. Only played the series when I saw the trilogy edition in store for £20 last year. [b]Best. Purchase. Ever.[/b] Cannot wait for the next one. Hope it does come next year!

I hope so but I highly doubt it. Those games take a lot of work. Especially if they're making it for the new consoles as well.

I hope they have a better engine, more practical weapons, a first-person option(or at least more than one 3rd person setting), better audio(srsly), more dynamic melees, more character variety, ability variety, etc.

2 RepliesIn a few years, but I hope it'll have more fighting. Yes I love the story and all but played (ME3,ME1) recently besides the difficulty it's set at not much fighting. Like when you have to leave the Mako in the mission to save Liara you get to a point where there a sniper and Geth soldiers, would have made a good battle area but it ended rather quickly.

I would love to see what they can do. I hope they utilise the Kinect that way I can have my face on my character. Shit would be incredibly fresh.
