With the passage of our new and improved Assault Weapons ban, we lost quite a few hunting rifles that I am sure will be sorely missed.

All of which are now "Assault Weapons" under California law. Or rather will be once Governor Brown signs them.
Then we'll have a year and a half to register or face Confiscation and a felony.
Isn't California grand?

Do what we just did in Colorado and recall the idiots proposing this stuff and elect new people to take their place. If people continue to idly sit by and allow our Constitution to be obliterated then they have no right to complain once they have no more freedoms. If recalling them does not work, then move out of the state. If you are not able to do that, then say fuck the law, because the Constitution is your law and takes precedence over California law, and buy and keep these guns anyway.
