Madoka Magica
So last night I marathoned from start to finish, back to back, Madoka Magica.
Why the Hell is this anime so popular? I'm the guy who has analyzed Evangelion episode by episode by I can't see where people are coming from with the whole "HURR 2DEEP4U" bullshit. It's a good show, it's great, but in terms of depth and character interaction, it certainly isn't anywhere near Eva.
This show is highly over rated. Anyone care to explain why this show keeps getting 10/10 everywhere?
Also, -blam!- the ending. Why didn't Madoka just make that wish earlier since everyone seemed to have suffered being a magical girl.

3 RepliesUmm OP are you sure you have spend enough time on /a/ or what? There are tons of people on there that praise it, but there are also plenty of people that talk shit about it for a variety of reasons. Personally I think it is a good show and is a nice change from the cliches of the genre, but I definitely don't think it is the best thing ever. Also Eva is overrated.
