MGS 5: Quiet and The End blood-related?
He could be right. The Ends spots and her face camo are the same color and they do disappear in the same like manor.(By that I mean they both act the same way when they disappear.)

I saw that earlier. It's actually a really good theory, but if she also goes off of photosynthesis, then we are -blam!-ed since in the desert there is sun all time around. I'm very interested in the whole Camo Theory.
