Three Theories As To Why Metal Gear Solid V's Sniper Is So, Um, Sexy
Pretty interesting read.
But as many other people are saying. It's Metal Gear. When has there been ridiculous character designs and costumes and oversexualized females? I mean this was totally expected and yet people are freaking out over Quiet. Not to talk about all the other stuff that is beyond imagination in this series.
I have absolutely no problem with her design. Although I am looking forward to her character in-game now and the whole Camo Theory is intriguing.
Thoughts?

Every character in MGS has a lot of background story and their own motivations/reasons for everything they do. I don't think that the character design is done without regards to her character. People who don't know the series as well as the fans do only see fan service whereas the fans see an interesting character.
