Cortana is Bungie's creation. Can't have a go at 343 for bringing her into the new generation, with greater visual fidelity. She's no more sexualised in 4, than she is in 3. I think he could have chose a better word than 'disgusting', but what she has on is not even sexy, it's just degrading. I hear she was tortured, or something, so there may be a reason behind her appearance; however Kojima says that he designed her specifically to be sexy/erotic to sell figures and in anticipation of cosplay. And then there's that twitter, communicating with cosplayers, with a full blown shot of Quiet's ass. Just...no.
