There are two Didacts. One fought in the Forerunner-Human War and was placed in a cryptum during the Forerunner-Flood War, the other is his Doppelganger that activated the Halo Array. The former was defeated in Halo 4. So there's still the second Didact somewhere. The Arbiter should make a return if all goes well with the civil war on Sangheilios. Oh, and Mendicant Bias is still out there somewhere.
