Is it true American kids get a forced health check in school?
I hear stories about American kids and having their nuts checked for cancer or something is that true?
If it is true, then why the hell is that allowed? In the UK we have school nurses and nurses come in to give us injections but never for anything else.

No, it's not true ... the only time I had to go to the doctor for school was freshmen year when they needed some kind of medical paper.

We have to get immunizations yes. And for sports we do need physicals. Where we get our balls checked for hernia.
