I've been using the Cooler Master HAF 922 for a few years, and it's served me well tucked away behind my desk. However, I'm getting a new desk and my PC will be much easier to see. While the HAF 922 isn't ugly, I'd prefer something a bit more sleek looking.
I've been looking into the BitFenix Shinobi, and it's definitely got the aesthetic I'm looking for, although I've heard cable management is a bit difficult with it, but I can make it work. Before I make up my mind completely, do any of you PC gamers have any suggestions?

I always say function over form. I'd put my money towards upgrades and performance, but that's just me. As far as cases, I'm a big fan of Rosewill.

How much are you planning to spend?

As long as it has enough vents I don't really care what it looks like. I actually think I have that same case or a similar looking cooler master with blue LEDs.
