You guys are all probably fat slobs but I'll take your advice anyway.

Well eat lots of chicken breasts, buy some protein shakes. I usually go with working upper body one day then legs the next. Maybe run every couple days. Just don't eat as much pizza or candy and other high sugar things. Just remember that you will get most of your protein from your food, too many people think all they have to do is drink a protein shake and they will be fine. Oh yeah eggs are good too.

Don't try and lift what you can't, I learned that the hard way.

Stomach, biceps, bracs one day. Shoulders, Triceps one day. Chest. Another day. It's up to you if you want to work on your legs.

I did full body workout the first month. Also, there is no such thing as spot reduction, if you want more toned abs you need to bulk and cut. I might be full of shit so be careful with this advice
