Do what Portugal did and legalize every drug so drug crime will go down and drug dealers will be screwed over.

Lol yes it is...The US is the first place to have marijuana fully legal.

So fully legal as opposed to just decriminalised? Still false. Jamaica may also be fully legal, but I think it is either just decriminalised or simply unenforced. More to the point, it is fully legal and not even classed as a drug in North Korea.
