With the recent release of 343i's new map pack for Halo 4, The Champions Bundle, I decided to go through everything included and review it all. From the new weapon cosmetics and armor permutations to the new map Vertigo and the remake of The Pit, it's all covered.

Love it.
-
Two great mid-sized maps. Better than most of the DLC so far.
-
I remember hiding by the wall near the corridor with the rocket launcher and sticking myself then kamikazing into the other team, cuasing them to all commit suicide and buy time for my team to capture the flag.
-
THE ONLY USE FOR THIS -blam!-ING MAP PACK IS SO THAT COMPETITIVE HALO 4 CAN HAVE AT LEAST 3 DECENT -blam!-ING MAPS. i -blam!-ing hate halo 4 but i still defend it cause its halo muahaha
-
Nice review! I haven't bought any of 343i's map packs so far, but this seems really promising.
-
At least its $10. That surprises me, usually MS Wants all DLC for a AAA title to be $15 minimum, at least it seems to be that way.
-
Will I get it for free if I have a season pass?
-
>Remaking Halo 3 maps >Infinite Sprint God fucking dammit 343
-
I give it a 10/10, best purchase sense Destiny pre order!
-
So if it's a buy for halo 4 fans, then that means... it's a buy for no-one except Idiots! AHAHAHAHAH! How dare you have your own opinions! Yes, I'm evil. The review was... ok. Not great. Not awful. Not much to say, it got a bit boring at times.

Why would I bother paying for a map pack that I won't be able to play in two weeks because it'll be taken out of rotation? Once they sort out their shit playlists, then I'll buy their DLC.
-
The armor looks horrible. I hear Pitfall pales in comparison to The Pit and how it played. Richocet apparently has too much cover everywhere. The only good thing I guess is the Steampunk skins, which I got the chance to use. Battle Rifle, Light Rifle and Carbine look fantastic, but I'm not wasting my money on some weapon skins. There is absolutely no reason to buy this.
-
People still play that failure?
-
Maybe I'll buy it later today, I'm still not sure about it.
-
The armor was garbage. Minus the ODST shoulders
-
The new pit map is a disgrace to Halo 3's pit. Nowhere near the same with halo 4's annoying AA's and perks that change the way the map plays. I wouldn't say it's a must buy. In a few weeks the Champions Bundle playlist will be gone and no one will see the pit show up in normal rotation again ... just like all the other dlc lol
-
Very well presented video. I shall follow you!
-
Pitching a tent achievement, face palm.
-
I had all 250 achievement points in about 90 minutes. I wish they had been a little more difficult or took longer to get. Still fun though!
-
All that's really worth anything in the map pack is the Pit remake and to be quite honest, I can't imagine myself playing Halo 4 and buying DLC just for one worthwhile map.
-
It's an ok map pack, although Ricochet is meh.
-
The armor pieces look very awkward compared to the other armor piece in the game making it very difficult to look at yourself and others. Ricochet is fine. The gun skins are nice but not something you would really pay for. Maps are fine. Stances are also nice but not something you would actually buy. Survivor seems a touch OP.
-
No thanks. I don't buy DLC for broken games.
-
Are the maps in matchmaking? 343 doesn't seem to have the balls to make playlists dlc specific and until they do dlc is never worth it.
A buy for Halo 4 fans
I predict very large sales
Not!
