With the audience that Halo 4 was going for, I'm surprised this wasn't how the game worked on day 1.
This mod turns aim assist and bullet magnetism [b]way[/b] up for a ton of the guns; you don't need to aim anymore because the bullets hit if the enemy is on the screen and within range. If you use a gun like sniper or rockets, where there is already no bullet magnetism, the reticle will turn red from farther off, but you still need to directly hit them.

Clearly the guy that made the mod in the video doesn't know how to mod. If you are going to buff AA then do it like modders in Halo 2 did it.
