This was posted at the request of a friend that doesn't have a Bnet account. My friend who will be represented with the letter K hates being fifteen. K complains that his hormones are out of control acne is ruining his life and K thinks he is going insane. I keep telling K that he will out grow it eventually but he still cannot believe it. Do teenagers out grow this weird phase or do we just get used to it as an adult?

Congratulations on hating the easiest part of your life. Your 15 with zero responsibilities. Adapt.

K. Being 28 sucks too so... good luck with that. No but really, once you're an adult and have more freedoms, it seems easier.

Is k ok with the kkk?

Edited by Uncle Putin: 8/17/2013 4:16:52 PMHe'll grow out of it. The acne will most likely go away. As for the hormones, they're kind of like this drug that your body eventually builds a tolerance for. They don't really go away until your "man-o-pause" (when you stop getting boners), but your body is able to better handle them because when you're a teenager, your body is like "wtf is this hormone? I'm gonna start freaking out because this is some weird stuff man." But it eventually learns that your testosterone isn't that bad after all. Testy just wants a friend.

No, your friend is sick, he has a mental disease and there is no cure.

Typical teen angst. "Oh, no one understands me Everyone hates me! My acne is ruining my life!" Your friend will grow out of it at some point. Until then, tell him to stop being a whiny bitch.

So I have this friend with erectile dysfunction

Out of all the problems he is going to face and decisions he will have to make in this harsh reality, he chooses to nag over his looks? Really?
-
They grow out of it, but for the hormones but I think they just get used to that right?
-
Being fifteen was awesome for me, but I had people to...release my hormones to at the time.

He won't grow out of it if he keeps complaining about it.
