Edited by ToastyWaffles: 8/15/2013 2:23:07 PMI liked Bale as Batman, but he didn't own the role in the same way Ledger did with the Joker. That's not necessarily a criticism though. Any (super)hero role should be able pass from actor to actor in the same way as James Bond, or Doctor Who.
