Have you ever experienced a moment in your life where it felt like you were in a video game? Or perhaps a moment where it felt as if a video game's atmosphere seemed to take over in a certain location or event?
This is a bit of a complicated question, so let me explain the sort of think I'm thinking of. Last year I flew out of Dallas-Fort Worth airport. I was leaving at night, sitting in a window seat. As soon as they cleared us to use our iPods, I took mine out and happened to start playing the attached song. Looking out the window as the plane climbed into the night sky, everything was black except for the metropolis with millions of yellow and orange lights descending beneath us. It was one of the coolest feelings I've ever had, watching that with that music on. (If you've played the game you know what kind of atmosphere it had and why this triggered such feelings.) It felt like I was in the world of Deus Ex for those few minutes.
Howabout you guys? Remember any bizarre or awesome moments where it felt like you were in a video game, or you saw something that reminded you strongly of a particular video game? Share.

Walking in a rocky desert in Arizona listening to Legacy from Halo 4's OST. Just kept thinking, "Feels like I'm walking on Requiem or a Forerunner planet. If only there was a Forerunner door built into this small cliff in front of me..."
