From the previous thread, you guys told me to use elements from the right helmet to put into the cyber-knight helm. I came up with the one on the right.
Now it's time for the sci-fi elements! But first of all you might be thinking: "why the hell does the older helmet (the one on the left) look nicer than the one on the right?!" It's cause I haven't added any textures, bumpmaps, and it has much lower polygon count. LOWER POLY COUNT! BUT WAI?! Because I'm going to be putting the Cyber-Knight into a video game I'm working on. (AND NO I'M NOT GOING TO TELL YOU WHAT THE GAME IS ABOUT...it will have dragons, and some dinosaurs- but that's for another thread)
I haven't decided what to put onto the helmet to make it sci-fi because I made this helmet 15 minutes before posting this, I'm hoping some of you guys have ideas! The best ideas get put onto the helmet. The shit ideas don't. You want lasers, phasers, rocket launchers, and chainsaw launchers on it?! Cool. I'll probably put a funny version of the helmet up and the actual design that I'm going to put on the finished suit.
[quote]tl;dr: What would you add to the helmet on the right to make it seem more sci-fi? Post a funny and a serious idea, I'll make a serious and funny version helmet and post the results when I get enough suggestions and time to actually make the damn thing!

Edited by Charlemagne: 8/7/2013 6:36:46 AMI like it, just clean it up a bit. Try flaring the joint on the side up and back (30°-50°). Somewhat how it does on the original, but a bit larger and sharper, more sci-fi.
