Are you buying Total War Rome 2?
Looks amazing, I just hope the AI is better than the previous titles (although Shogun 2 vanilla showed a marked increase FOTS AI just rushes your cannons and dies.

Only a few days until release guys. Pre order to get a bunch of extra stuff and it seems that every time they release a DLC pack one of the four civs will be free. Selucids are the next free faction.

2 RepliesMy friends keep telling me it's going to be great, but I'm under the impression that it's turn-based strategy, correct? TBS games just don't interest me for the most part. The only ones I've ever enjoyed are XCOM: Enemy Unknown and Nintendo's Advance Wars series.

I don't really enjoy turn-based at THAT grand of a scale; the only turn-based games I enjoy are games like XCOM. Sins of a Solar Empire is more my style.

1 ReplyYep. Pre-ordered the day it was announced. Been enjoying a lot of Civilization V too recently after the Steam Summer sale, so even if Rome 2 turns out to be garbage I have that to fall back on

Also i think making greek cities as a pre order dlc bonus isn't a great idea consider it's one of the most used and iconic faction in rtw, but maybe they will add it on later. Can some tell me the min specs of rome 2 if they have released them?
