Why is the Master Sword in the Legend of Zelda weaker than the Biggoron Sword? You'd think that the Bane of all evil would deal the most damage in the game, but a knife created by a big goron seems to deal more damage.

Yea lol. Sure the master sword had banishing white magic power but the biggoron sword was bigger and link used two hands to swing. Makes total sense....

The Master Sword is the bane of all evil, trumped by a giant knife that would be easier to call a broadsword, rather while the Master Sword can be considered a longsword. The Master Sword is a magical sword embued with the power of the gods. The biggoron sword was just made by a very big goron.
