Mobile Phone Alerts
I would love a Destiny App on my phone informing me about things in game.
For example: Messages when there's an alert and Messages from friends. Online status of servers and friends.
(I don't mean forum alerts. This would be for the game once it's out.)
I can't really think of other examples of this but I know there are more. Being able to select the type of messages you want is a must.
Silly idea? What do you guys think?

I would love to see something like 'item of the day' ; rewarded for checking app/ completing app mini-game, and the reward becomes better and better for each consecutive day it is collected? lol I don't know, as long as the app allows for interactivity, and isn't simply an inbox, loadout screen and stats page.

I agree, it would be even cooler to have an app where you can view your armor and stats as well as interact with friends and get notifications about upcoming events.
