"Natural Born Killers" recuiting 9 year olds
The sad part is, this is actually real. I live in this neighborhood, and I often see little kids getting in trouble, hanging out in groups and beating and threatening to kill other children.
These kids even ride around on dirtbikes and zip around constantly stealing and causing damage.

It's nothing really new. Well, adult gangs recruiting kids might be out of the ordinary, but violent, armed children is not.
