Went to see it last night. I thought it was pretty good, but not anything special. The Japanese setting was nice, and Hugh Jackman is a great Wolverine. Solid fight scenes and the story was actually kind of interesting. I like how they decided to explore the idea of Wolverine's near-immortality, but I feel like it didn't get as profound as it could've been. I thought it was better than Origins and The Last Stand too... but depending on who you ask, that might not be saying too much. I'd give it a 6.5/10 or 7/10.

Edited by Elrond Hubbard: 7/28/2013 11:10:19 PMI saw it earlier today, and I have to say I enjoyed it. WAY better than Origins, which set the bar pretty low... The post-credits scene (its existence is not a spoiler, because all Marvel movies have one) left me with one burning question:
When did Xavier and Magneto become friends again?
I thought the movie sucked. I'm so tired of Wolverine. The next X-Men movie is focusing on Wolverine... again. There are other mutants in X-Men! Hell, there is a school full of them! It's called X-Men, not Wolverine and the X-men.

I thought It was okay, but that ending cameo.... <3

Nope. Saving it for Elysium. It seems like I'm the only one excited for that movie.

I'd give it an 8.
