Am I the only one who loved headhunter? It was a fantastic team game type and had high intensity action in Reach. Opinions?

I hated it. All it was was people staying away from the others only to finish off the survivors of a fight and collect all the skulls.
-
Didn't like it. All it took to ruin the game was two people working together or some jerk(s) camping at the drop off zone.
-
You know... I never tried Head Hunter now that I think about it. I was always a Slayer/CTF kind of guy since I'm more of a competitive gamer. Team Snipers, Team Slayer, Doubles, etc.

I love any anti-camping game mode, whether it be headhunter in Halo or kill confirmed in COD. Headhunter with shotguns, rocket launchers, and 50 percent gravity? That's good Halo.
-
That was fun

it was really hard for me the first time i tried to play but then it started getting easier.

It was definitely fun. But sometimes people can win just by being lucky.

Edited by Tackel Kryze: 10/21/2013 3:25:24 AMThe tides can turn so quickly, making it random. It resembles Regicide kinda of how random it is and causes imbalance. However, headhunter is actually FUN. One of my favorite gametypes.

> tfw 15 matchmaking skullamanjaros I enjoyed Headhunter.

I soiled so many pairs of rage panties in that gametype. It was a love-hate relationship.
-
Nope, I loved it too, espically in the beta and my 1:19 skullamanjaro game.
-
I love head hunter, but I just rage every time I have 10-20 skulls and just lose them all.
-
I didn't like it at first because I roll with assault rifle over every other gun but it was fun after a game a swat but sadly it is hard to find in a match now.
-
Yeah that game type was fun.

Very intense gametype. The worst is when you have 10 skulls and die 1 foot from the goal zone. One of my favorite gametypes out there.
