Drugs are bad m'kay?
Seriously, a huge part of my job is making sure my employees are drug free. The Department of Transportation doesn't allow the use of marijuana, even for medicinal use. I can't have any employee stepping out of line on our drug and alcohol policy.

Not all drugs are bad. Alcohol and cannabis are beneficial in moderation, though, I'm assuming you were simply making a South Park reference.

How does it make you feel that many of your employees who pass drug tests smoke weed on a regular basis

The majority of regular users will not pass our drug tests. I have people fail or refuse to test quite often. Sucks for them, because they immediately lose their job.

That's false, The majority of regular users know how to beat the test. The ones who fail are the ones who are dumb and screw up.

Nope. I honestly don't believe that. I don't think many of my guys/gals can get away with it. Piss tests, maybe, but not hair follicle testing.

Pretty sure they made a special shampoo or maybe certain shampoo's have a chemical that removes it. I remember seeing something about it a few years ago.

Obviously no one should use marijuana during work, just as people can't drink and work at the same time. Why would legalizing marijuana change anything?

I agree Fly Lady , I to am in a similar field . I work with heavy machinery and if my employees are not on point with being sober they can loose a limb or worse , a life .

I've got guys that use heavy machinery, forklifts, or their out on rigs, etc. All it takes is for one person to make a mistake, and then you've got countless potential injuries or deaths. Not worth the risk.
