I see no reason for it to be illegal when tobacco and alcohol are legal.

Tobacco doesn't give you mental illness.

But alcohol? Look at the issues it causes? Aggressive behaviour? Domestic violence? Impaired driving statistics? Liver and kidney damage? And really has their been any credible evidence to support marijuana does indeed cause scizophrenia?

And [i]might[/i] cause it after heavy, heavy use. Still it might just make you paranoid rather than full out schizophrenia.
