I'm actually very intrigued by it. So much that I research it, study it and want to pursue it into a career. I'm attending college and have taken several classes on growing and business. I want to help others with problems they have medically or if they just need something to take the edge off. Plus i would love to use hemp for recreational use. It's not just something to get high off of in my opinion. It's a life style to me. Legalize It, Regulate It, Tax It. What is it to you?

It's a plant. That's what I know.

Personally, marijuana has tons of potential in it's usage. The herb can provide calmness and solitude in an age of increasing violence, something to which we cannot ignore for long. Medicinally, it has provided the terminally ill with an easy end, that of which could not have been given with any other substance. Recreationally, it causes no violence, and with the usage of a vaporizer, can even be healthier than cigarettes. Monetarily, the production and sales of legalized marijuana could prove both beneficial to the United States Government, and detrimental to the Mexican Drug Cartels. There is much to benefit from the legalization of this wonderful herb. The legalization will eliminate the substance's links to the illegal drug market, and will then allow for stricter laws surrounding the specifics of an intoxicated mind. (No driving)

I think it should be legal and regulated. I don't use it myself because honestly it's not that great In my opinion, but there's no solid reason to keep it illegal

If you guys don't like weed, that's your buisness. No one is pushing it on you. Stop trying to shove you right wing bull sh*t on those of us who like it

Edited by Emacs: 9/4/2013 5:26:25 AMWhat you do with your own body is your own business. I believe it should be legal.
-
Nobody should go to jail for using it, that's silly.
-
I don't care for it, but I don't care if people use it, illegalizing something will just make crime related to that more prevalent and make a black market for it. Banning such things is really stupid.

It stays in the body too long to let people smoke it out in public, where unwary passers by can accidentally breathe it in. I say make it exclusive to enclosed spaces on people's private property and special rooms in businesses where people can smoke it as much as they want. If they make electric pot cigarettes, then that bypasses my issues with it entirely.

Cannabis is very good for you, it had numerous health benifits, sure smoking it can mess your lungs up over time but there many many ways to ingest thc
-
Exactly. Legalize and tax it.
-
I'll never smoke it. I don't care if someone else does.
-
Fourtunatly its leagal where i live...so....yeah
-
it's a harmful drug that shouldn't be legalized.
-
Eh, im all for it. Last I smoked was like a month ago.
-
I don't smoke, but I think it should be legal, and regulated like alcohol.
-
If y'all think that Marijuana is bad for you then you need to look up some facts...
-
Do what Portugal did and legalize every drug so drug crime will go down and drug dealers will be screwed over.
-
I don't use it myself. I just don't like the idea of doing anything that impairs my judgment, whether that's smoking something or simply not getting enough sleep. I don't think it should be illegal, though. Laws should prevent victimization, IMO, but that's about it. That's pretty much how alcohol laws work. You can use it as long as your usage doesn't harm anyone else. I think pot should be the same way, and I think you'd find that cases of victimization as a result of its use are far rarer than such cases for things like alcohol.
