Some of this is semi-apocalyptic literature and could be interpreted in several contexts. It could all be directed at the Traveler, or toward the people solving the puzzle the first time, or the eventual Guardians of Destiny. I'll leave you to your own thoughts on that, but I'm sure much speculation could be had. I will warn you ahead of time, if you follow all of these through you will have likely spent an hour or more and you may not have absorbed all the information.
