If your property is damaged by wildfires in California
You sort of deserve it. You get wild fires every year, and can barely keep them under control. Why don't you just move?

I could ask the same of everyone living in the Southern flood plains, Tornado Alley, Coastal Florida and Coastal Southern America, The North East with its blizzards, and the Desert South West with its haboobs and droughts. Everywhere has natural disasters that happen annually, and I feel bad for everyone effected by them.
