Which one wins in a fight?

Depends on what levels. Moderate strength such as Spider-Man only gets him so far, and has to rely on his skill/determination and intelligence occasionally. Infinite and limitless strength such as Hulk/Superman? Intelligence/skill should be considered moot at that point. And yeah I did just use superheroes as a comparison.
