...Well this is a setback. Apparently the local law enforcement in my town have heard that I plan to destroy the game Dark with Dragons Breath shotgun shells at some point. Since then, they have contacted me and have told me that I cannot do that and it would be considered a type of "arson".
While I do not agree with them at all. That does not mean that I will do it, I would rather not go to jail. Is this right? Do I not have that right?

Edited by welderman adam: 7/24/2013 9:27:55 AManother shot A buddy of mine placed a cd case, with cd inside, in my microwave the other day. That did a fair amount of damage. There are always options....

I think they're more concerned with you firing a DB round then lighting your game on fire. They're just using the arson thing as a legal reason to stop you from firing them.
-
Lol DB rounds, that's hardcore.
-
How did the local law enforcement hear about that? Did you go around telling people you were going to shoot your game?
-
DB rounds are scary, and I'm pretty sure they're illegal... how the -blam!- do you get DB rounds.
-
What the hell are you doing with DB rounds lol
-
I'll just bayonet it to the death I wouldn't want to waste more money to blow up a shitty game
-
Private property.. If so burn it with a flamethrower.
-
Yea, I have a feeling those shells are the problem.
-
That's not arson. It's done on your property and with your possession.
-
Do you intentionally try to mimic AngryJoe's speech style?

The laws in different areas specify which types of ammunition are legal and illegal. I'd imagine that the Police don't care so much that you are destroying your game, as much as they care how and with what you destroy it. I'd imagine the explosive pyro shells are the specifics that they are objecting to. Not that you're shooting it (which btw, regular shotgun shells will do the trick just fine).
