Help with Watercooling CPU (Extreme)

This isn't happening now, but I'd like to have everything ready when I am going to buy it. If someone could help me out with what kind of tubing I need (sizes and such) what kind of fittings and suggest what type of CPU block I should get. I'd really appreciate it. Don't worry about the price of the CPU block, just show me what's good.
