I'll admit this is somewhat a troll, but there's also me genuinely attempting to galvanise people into taking up fitness because it's something I love to do; on the internet and in real life, I'm always doing my best to get my mates to the gym. A few others have posted 'transformation' threads in the past in extremely helpful and humble ways, and they've received the same haters and jealousy.
So I decided since that was inevitable, to go full out and make this a contentious thread for maximum reach. Borrowed ShL's 'brb' because it worked, I doubt he minds since he's found this thread pretty good, and the 'brb' thing is pretty common on the internet; maybe not on Bnet, but I see it elsewhere every now and then.
But trolling aside I have worked hard to get my body like this; I've had to completely change my diet, work out hard 6 days a week, spend money on food for bodybuilding and protein - and for a year of lifting it's a pretty impressive result, I've done well. And if anyone does want genuine advice on starting off (routine, nutrition and so on), just private message me and I'll help you out. I've told you in the past that I used fan fiction as a means to improve my writing skill and it's worked; people have enjoyed them and I enjoyed writing them. It's just a hobby really. I've had a short original novella published and I'm in the process of writing an original novel I hope to have published one day. But that's beside the point of this thread.
I won't get into an argument with you about this because you're a lawyer and it's your job to argue, and inevitably I'll come out looking worse. What I've said is how it is, nothing more to say.
