Can you prove that I'm not the only sentient being in this world, and that you yourself are not just some figment of my imagination?

I suppose you could make a compelling argument that because what allows each of our consciousness' to function is fundamentally governed by the same concepts, that there's no reason to assume anything but the conclusion that both of us are indeed conscious. No reasoning at that point would support an alternative settlement.
