glad you fixed your units.
1. 210 bench press, or 210 overhead press?
2. A 300 ATG squat, or a 300 1/8 ROM squat?

210 benchpress, and 300 with ATG squats, I hate doing ROMs they look just weird to me. I enjoy running a lot more than lifting.

Edited by OaklandPaintbalr: 7/20/2013 3:12:59 AM...... confirmed for not knowing what you're talking about. ROM stands for Range of Motion. Makes me think you're frauding your squat. which isn't that impressive of a number to fraud to begin with.

Edited by OaklandPaintbalr: 7/20/2013 3:23:33 AMIt's ass to GRASS. You mislabel your units, don't know what ROM stands for, and then you misuse ATG..... yeah I don't believe you lift. Either that or you live under a rock. This is really basic terminology you're missing bro

Edited by Failure4Life: 7/20/2013 3:28:43 AMEhh... Doesn't bug me, it's not like I'm hardcore about it so I don't mind looking stupid about it. I am by no means an expert. Besides I don't mind matter if I am not believed; it's not like I exercise to be part of a "lifting community". I just hope to be able to pass top of my group in the Air Force.

You don't know what ROM stands for do you?

Edited by Failure4Life: 7/20/2013 3:22:32 AMAnything other than a full squat looks stupid to me.
-
Well yeah now that you've googled it you know what it means. How exactly do you 'do ROMs' though?
-
It's a stupid slang in the area, if it's not a full squat I call it a (blank) ROM, so if it is half a squat I call it a half ROM. I don't just say that though, everyone around my area does.
