Let's be honest, if you don't go the gym and hone your body into the best shape it can possibly be you're doing it wrong. I can't fathom anymore the mindsets of people who don't go the gym, of people who are content with being average and unremarkable. I've been going the gym for just over a year now and I can honestly say it's completely changed the way I view life.
brb strong as hell
brb in great shape
brb working out inspired me to keep a healthy diet
brb stand out from the crowd
brb respect from guys, girls wanting my body
brb much more confident
Used to stay inside all day playing games, writing fan fiction (the fact that at one point I was writing 3 Halo fan fictions on this site says it all really) and being depressed with my life. Almost as soon as I started working out the bouts of depression I used to have completely vanished, I realised there was more to life than gaming and internet and started going out. Now a year later I'd consider myself an extrovert.

Look at those jelly rolls! lmao jk I'm in naturally good condition. I stay fit year round and focus more on Cardio and Core workouts but I think I need to work more on arms. Btw, What makes a great body even better is a great attitude. In terms of health and fitness, your attitude is that one lonely fat guy no one wants to touch because they're afraid his sweat will give them instant diabetes....Yeah. But don't worry, with some help and friendly banter, we can make those six chins disappear :) Welcome to metaphorical fat camp

Uhm OP... don't throw your life in our face and say how great it is. Please. No one cares about how much ass you get, how hot you are or how strong you are. Now I will say I work out and it's great. It's true. The only reason I do it, is because I love doing it. That's it. Some people don't like it. Leave them be.

I'm my optimum build I guess, if I became a meat head I would probably look a bit of a brute and not have time for anything other than gym nutrition gym roids gym

A lot of things are considered wasting your life. I don't give a -blam!-.. I do what I enjoy in my life and that is gaming. When you die your lovely body will go to shit.. But all the fun I had during gaming won't for that is in my soul. ;)
