But that would imply I wouldn't know the difference. Of course I don't get hurt by those saying I'm unattractive. I know the difference, my whole life experiences have told me otherwise. Should I assure myself with the fact I was told by multiple guys I was the "hottest girl in school" throughout high school (and that's how I felt at the time), I modeled, I was never rejected, I have a boyfriend many of girls have wanted, both girls and guys glare whenever I walk by, and the fact I'm a bartender which is a job I receive a massive amount of attention from males, or should I believe some strangers on the internet that told me I was ugly? I look in mirrors, I see pictures, I'm not an idiot. I can tell people pigs can fly all I want, but that isn't going to make it true.
I know that made me sound very conceited, but I'm just trying to get the point across that I'm not as naive as people think I am and it's not the point if it hurts or not, but the fact it COULD, and they're well aware of that. I'm content with the way I look. If strangers aren't, that's fine too, I'm not on a dating site here.
